Food safety training in the Midlands
Food and Hygiene provides Level 1, 2 and 3 courses accredited by either CIEH or HABC. Courses are conducted by Paul Warren MBICSc
who is a registered CIEH and HABC trainer and has worked in the food industry and catering in health care. Our training gives you access to the best possible help and advice throughout your course.
In-house training courses
In-house training is the perfect answer if you have a number of employees with the same training needs. Everyone is busy, time is always short and we understand you have a business to run, so our in-house training courses come to you at a time to suit your business. This allows you to have total control, so if you need a course at a weekend or evening then that's no problem at all. All we ask is that you can provide a suitable room, we provide the rest.
Open training courses
We also conduct open courses throughout the year in and around Birmingham. To provide high quality courses we only use high quality training venues, using the latest high tech equipment so you can be assured your staff will have an enjoyable and informative day.
